Returns, Shipping, and Warranty

Returns Policy

Item must be returned within: 7 Days Refund will be given as exchange. Exchange will be given if you receive an item that is not in working order once determined by our technicians. Please make sure you have a qualified installer before buyting product. We want you to get what you paid for and in that make sure your vehicle falls in the lines of what I have advertised. If you are not sure then please ask us. We want to have a VERY pleasing sale for you.

Shipping

We will ship once business shipping name, address and phone number is given and not until those items are received. Transmissions are sent out once payment in full is delivered. Please ensure 100% that you are aware of what you want before you purchase. If product is shipped that has been requested then shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. No exceptions! However, we will work with you to get the right product to you but please ask before purchasing if not sure.

ALL TRANSMISSIONS SHIPPED HAVE A STANDARD 90 DAY PARTS WARRANTY
LABOR WARRANTY CAN BE COVERED FOR AN ADDITIONAL $150
BEFORE THE TRANSMISSION IS INSTALLED ONLY!

*LABOR WARRANTY ONLY QUALIFIES AFTER $150 HAS BEEN PAID.
REIMBURSED ACCORDING TO MITCHELL LABOR GUIDE AT$45/HR
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DIAGNOSTIC AND FLUID CHARGES
